Humble House Terms & Conditions

We are first come first serve. We do not hold items. An item is not marked as sold until we receive payment. All sales are final and merchandise is sold as is. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase. We strive to sell vintage the best condition as possible. Some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary and are priced. accordingly. All pieces are sold as is.

Pieces are available for local pickup at our storefront at 396 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill Brooklyn. We hold sold items for one week after purchase. If pieces aren’t picked up within scheduled time frame we will cancel order and charge a 20% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to arrange pickup but we do have several local movers we can recommend. We do not provide packaging/wrapping for larger items. Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Humble House. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment is made directly to the moving company at time of delivery. Man With a Van is recommended if you need a certificate of insurance (COI). You can book delivery through their website. Cost is $150 +.
